Decent Stay but Needs Improvements

We enjoyed a family trip for two nights. The cleanliness of our room could use more attention. However, the complimentary breakfast had a nice variety, though did run out of some items. I'd recommend arriving earlier for breakfast to avoid disappointment.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bentonville has a lovely, modern decor that makes it feel welcoming and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the clean common areas and how accessible everything was for seniors like myself.

More seating in the dining area would be great.

Clean and comfy room with a microwave and fridge. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had great free toiletries. The Fitness centre was nice too. Very friendly staff who helped with everything. It felt modern and fresh, not dingy like some places can be.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We played a round at the gorgeous golf course and shopped at Pinnacle Hills Promenade. The hotel was modern and well-kept, with large rooms and top-notch internet. Don’t miss the breakfast, the staff really make you feel welcome!

The staff was friendly, especially at breakfast. The buffet was pretty decent, way better than some places I've been to for a 'free' meal.
